I used two blood points, a fungi, and cof from 50-60 and it was great. Another strategy is the joust. Essentially you start the fight with a snare weapon and wait for it to proc. From there you swap to trunch and arrows. Run in, turn on attack, get a slow proc, run away, fire arrows, repeat until slowed. Once the mob is slowed equip the blood points and finish it off.

I think I would rather slam my own genitals in a door than try to kill mobs in this manner.
