Ok, this might actually be a bug.
So I changed items around and I had 219 int, when I then added the Mystic Cloak 5 int item it gave me 18 mana. I changed items around again so that I had 220 int. Then with 220 int I added the Mystic Cloak 5 int item an it gave me 25 mana. Higher int but more mana per int? The mana added from int seems to be bugged.
I noticed this screwy mana per Int on lower levels as well. I started making the assumption that Int from some items was somehow 'higher quality'.
So items that had identical Int would not necessarily give the same mana per Int. Now I believe its the way the items stack an the over all effect when you hit certain levels if Int, which also changes depending on your current level.
