For 50+ soloing, as others said it will slow down quite a bit. I ended up changing strategy at this point: instead of slow and steady with helmet heals, I spammed undead nukes in Lguk (on wizard mobs as much as possible), with lots of medding in between. Downside is it's a bit slower, though not by that much, upside is you can watch netflix or read etc. Makes the grind more bearable. Might be better spots for that now with the ZEM changes.
