what i always wondered is how ppl wind up sharing needles. that must be an even uglier scene than i can imagine. they are like 5 cents a pop and needles get dull and bruise & tear you up on reuse.

It’s hard to get needles in places that don’t have exchange programs. You can’t buy them over the counter you have to have a place that sells them through the pharmacy (most don’t) people share out of convenience or lack of. Once you tag the vein people usually prefer that method.
