I woke up with one helluva migraine this morning, to which I supposed potassium-deficiency to blame with all my protein-loading in anticipation of Lent.
So, my attempts to supress the migraine proved mostly successful to survive until the lunch hour, but even then, supression proved to no longer be an option.
Disclosure:
Lunch today consists of:
1 Medium-sized Beet in discs
1 still-crisp Avocado sliced in slices
1 tomato seared, because my flax seed and flax seed oil arrives by amazon courier today
and
as much Roasted Red Pepper Hummus as I can scoop with the abovementioned.
Should provide an ample amount of Potassium to cure my ailment.
