Hey guys, tried binding in Neriak Commons and Neriak: Foreign Quarter just now...at first glimpse the binds weren't sticking, the message:-
You do not feel an affinity for this place. Try a city.
...would come up. However, after checking /charinfo I was actually bound in Foreign Quarter (moved from Overthere) despite the message. Potentially a harmless bug, but not everyone knows to check /charinfo, perhaps worth a look
