I am anticapitalist far left, do you think I think things should be public domain? I think EVERYTHING should be public domain. Duh. Because some dudes, some very fkin smart dudes 2k years ago were already thinking that if you protect private property, you effectively protect those who have against those who don't have and this is unstable and inevitably lead to conflict. Damn, even Karl Marx a 100 years ago was already prophesizing that if capital is allowed to run throughout times, then the capital will amass into fewer and fewer hands until a handful of capitalists own the entire world and we are now in a position where 26 dudes -they're all dudes, all white- own as much as 3.5 billion other people.
So maybe he wasn't as crazy as people thought.
