The spawn point you want is opposite of the Bridgekeeper/Ancient guardian spawn point and next to the bridge against a wall. PH's can be a skelly, a sarnak, or a dog. if you need more clarification feel free to PM me.
I've also farmed this guy for people and guildies on my enchanter, let me know if you need advice or help for the kill.
