Potential Fix for those experincing FPS drops, particularly while using mouse look.
I've been struggling to figure out the cause of this for some time, and recently I finally figured it out. It's an Nvidia service that's to blame.
I did a fresh install of the latest Nvidia driver and only installed the graphics driver, and at first I thought that fixed it but the lag came back a day or so later. Turns out there was still one service left, NVIDIA Display Container LS, and as soon as I stopped and disabled that service the lag went away and hasn't returned.
Hopefully this will help others experiencing the same issue I was.
