Pacify is pretty big for Encs too. There's several camps that a shaman just isn't going to be able to solo reliably because they won't be able to pull a single.
Necros don't have slow which is a pretty massive blow when fighting a tough named mob, but they can tear up a place like droga and make good money that way.
