This is not accurate. If you are 40+ and over a certain BMI, your company can be fined by the government though. Larger companies retain doctors to come to the office for mandatory annual health checks. Employees over the limit are strongly encouraged to lose weight and are given information for exercise regimes or dieting information, and some companies will even pay for gym memberships since the cost is probably less than the fine.
Individual health insurance is not impacted. Nobody loses access for being fat.
