Why are rogues so low on that? They have great (the best?) dps. Is it because they are expensive to equip or something?

to my knowledge it's because they are very difficult to level up. Probably the hardest class, since they suck terribly at soloing-
Also because a lot of people think(know?) backstab is broken right now.
