Premiums went up every year in American history. In fact the rate that they went up has declined since the ACA, with the additions of 20 million American being covered and not having to go to emergency rooms where YOUR TAXES would pay for it anyways, as well as all Americans having the dignity of being covered regardless of their health conditions they were born with or developed.
