I am a 57 Monk who is being told he is insufficient level to use his vial of velium vapors, however i have used it in the past at a lower level. Used control F to look for vial and vapors in the last few patch notes couldn't find anything, but i did find it appears level restrictions for some items were fixed. Just making sure this is no bug and i am definitely stuck down by Trakanon :X Ty for any clarification
