How do you determine intent?

After viewing this fraps dozens of times the intent is unclear to me and as I was not the person in control of Nirron...I simply don't know what intent was...Fact remains that he did not train

Either way the people from TR up with the TMA raid are dumbasses. You need to be with your own darn raid if you don't want to be accused of something like this.

I was not even in zone and able to move until Trak was at 70% so i didn't see this part of it and it is not on my fraps. 130 people is very hard on my video card. EVEN with all particles and names off this particular raid dropped me to 1fps for about 15 seconds after I zoned into Sebilis.

First person on agro list was McBard who is nowhere on that video and fyi is the only TR person on the whole list...

Based on previous posts on the matter regarding their Trakanon strategy the intent was to train the juggs/protector into the reets area. FD tends to take you off of the agro list. So whoever was first on the list from their raid - i am assuming zeelot based on the posted fraps as well as the fact he is second on the agro list may have Feigned. Z is an sk.....If Nirron had been on the agro list then the protector would have gone for him next.

There is no more proof training TR was intentional any more than there is that Nirron intended to train. if we suspended everyone that trained regardless of intent and without proof then the server would have like 55 people on it at any given time and those would be the level 1's standing in EC selling stuff...

Certain strats involve training away or kiting mobs. Draco. Cazic. Azaracks. Anyone who has trained away can tell you that sometimes people get in the way of where you intend to train and when you realise it or are in a small space there is no way to turn around or avoid training them....Sometimes you even train your own raid unintentionally...

Burden of proof is on the player not the GMs/Guides.
