They wonder why they cant rise above the first level of management. They wonder why they are not trusted with more responsibility. They wonder why they dont get a company car and their rank equivalent in another department did. They wonder why people younger than them telling them what to do, how to do the job, even though they already "know". Ive had to deal with so many of these retards in my personal life.
The people around you KNOW you cant follow directions.
They KNOW you cant be trusted to do the right thing, even when nobody is looking. They KNOW your "muh freedom!!!!" attitude will hurt the company and its assets because of your stupidity.
