You're not taking the entire context of the writing into consideration, nor are you taking the time it was written and the events that lead up to it, instead you're taking writing from other periods and comparing them together, which can create false narratives because everything in the writings are metaphor for real events. But if you take their metaphore out of context, you're going to create metaphore for non real events.

That's really not how it is though. Look at it from the perspective of "time" being irrelevant to God. His chastisement of Israel is also applicable to the US now; an empire founded on Christianity going through the death pangs of falling away from God, legalizing the wholesale murder of God's creation through abortion; a physical manifestation of child sacrifice to Moloch, mostly borne out of"expediency" (convenience (aka the saving of "time"), for the Ego; the mouthpiece by which the adversary speaks to and deceives mankind. Look at how humanity rationalizes it as "just a clump of cells" while simultaneously locking down the entire world to save a couple of older "clumps of cells"); as well as res_erecting the pantheonic Gods through corporate monikers, et al. Who are slaves to Time's physical manifestation (Money)
