Actually... I think this is working now, it just reset everything. (Hotbars, Macros, Friends list, etc)

If you want these settings back - you can copy the ini files for each character out of c:\users\<username>\appdata\one_of_the_subfolders and put them in your EQ directory. Or just redo them for each character.
