It may have been its design, but through bad management it isn't sustainable and in its current form is actually bad for relations within the EU. It's turned into a superstate where it has its own anthem, its forming its own army. That's not good.
All member states aren't equal, you have to do as you're told by Germany/France.
Would vote Brexit again.
