Zwieback is a moron, ignore him. He doesn't understand the question, among other things.
On blue, RFS was taken out 2 weeks after the other legacy items. Since Green rounds updates to the month, it will likely stop dropping with the next update, in ~2 weeks. It shouldn't survive past the Hole Era patch.
