No, but thank you for politicizing the complaint. The complaint is that they violated their own state constitutions, which disenfranchises other states who did not violate their own state constitutions.

So first off that’s just a frivolous and totally false claim. Second, there’s no standing to sue based on that based on the way our system is set up. If you could sue states for the ways you allege they violate laws then you couldn’t have states setting up their own laws for other things like abortion etc (which I’m certain someone like you wouldn’t want)
