In any case, it's possible that the CDC is correct and the American Association of Physicians is wrong. But it seems ridiculous to conclude that someone who has read both pages is dumber than someone who has only read one. Why not stop shitposting for 15 minutes and read their page? Or are you afraid of being wrong once in a while?
So we have a potentially deadly virus outbreak. And we have the CDC saying essentially "hey, the data shows that there's a good likelihood that doing this very minor thing that doesn't inconvenience you could save lives." So, if there's a likelihood that it could save lives, I am going to do it.

And you're saying "but hey go look at this page published by a conservative non-profit group that says the data is incorrect!"

I think in this case I'd rather err on the side of caution for everyone's sake and go with the data from the CDC (which IMO is a more legitimate source than a non-profit that has been proven to have political agendas in the past). If the CDC's data is accurate, then maybe I helped save someone's life (or, if they survive COVID, saved them from having other serious health complications in their later life due to having COVID)...and all I had to do is do something that doesn't inconvenience me at all and wear a mask when I go into a store or on public transportation etc.

And if the CDC's data ends up being inaccurate, then guess what it really didn't affect me negatively in any way because all I had to do was put a mask on inside. Such a burden!

Maybe if there weren't people like you around my friends and relatives who died of COVID would still be here.
