recounts historically, on average, flip votes in the hundreds, not thousands. Therefor it can never happen ever! This election had the highest voter turnout I think ever, and also had several novel mechanisms such as unrequested mass mail in balloting. Simply comparing it to typical elections doesn't make sense because it has been inherently atypical.
i really highly doubt any will flip either, but just do the damn recounts so we know, who gives a shit.
