Oregon is a crazy town made up of people that moved there to join that sex cult back in the 90s and when it broke up they all just filled out all over the state that's what I think lol
As for Floyd, Id like to just say you can see the officers become agitated with Floyd because they were not properly trained how to deal with someone who was either A. having a mental breakdown, or B. downed a bunch of Fentanyl.
IMO officers should work harder to not become agitated and if that means they need bachelor of social work to become an officer so be it. Most of those are free at community colleges and can be obtained while on the job.
