Ring 7 MQs / Avalanche Ale MQs (Part of Ring 9)
I've recently made it sort of a hobby to farm up to Ring 7 and/or farm mats for Avalanche Ales while I am doing work calls or whatnot.
You don't need any perquisites aside from being non KOS to dwarves.
Avalanche Ale MQ's can be done before you are actually on the Ring 9 quest, so get ahead of the curve!
