You didn't actually address anything I said. I don't disagree with any of that, he is a big doofus and doesn't know what he's doing. My critique is of how he's perceived. When one points out that obama deported more people than trump, and was leading the administration that constructed the "cages" which are erroneously attributed to trump, nobody stops and goes "Oh, okay, guess I was wrong, he's not literally hitler". It's just kind of ignored.

There's no accountability in the zeitgeist for being wrong about trump. If something he's accused of turns out to be untrue, nobody admits they were wrong. People don't like boring details, they want easily digestible black and white, good VS evil nuggets of pseudo-information, and I think that's a horrible tendency given the role the US plays on the global stage.
I addressed every point. Character criticism is warranted when your character makes you unfit.

Policy criticism is made to the point where a policy even exists, but there was no policy overall. There was no there there in most cases.

You're spot on about deportation and the separation occurring under Obama. When you ban/halt immigration from countries that have puppet regimes and offer a safe haven for terrorists, it's ok. When you call it a "muslim ban" you're telegraphing intent which is what the courts consistently ruled on. So he's either racist or incompetent -- take your pick.
