Crystal Mask on blue is still a 3 second cast time non-targetable. Since the last patch for content is prior to the October 23 nerf date of crystal mask shouldnt this be on blue as well?

Seems like a mistake was made here. Crystal mask should remain instant on all servers.
Timeline shows final patch date was "OCTOBER 8, 2001"
