Ok, dammit, anyway, based on this one tweet from some desk I am switching my vote and declare that PA is indeed the
most critical state after all!
(I'm planning on starting an apparel business after all this. "I went to Pennsylvania and all I got was this very important t-shirt, just like the state!" won't fit on a handbag but I'm still iterating)
