The "STOP THE COUNT" cry is to stop counting
in secret. GOP poll watchers were not allowed to watch voting - blocking poll watchers is against PA election law. Sometimes they were kept up to 100 ft away from ACTUAL counting. A judge ruled against the Dems and allowed GOP poll watchers to be within 6 ft. Once they got within 6 feet of the vote counting area the vote counting machines were moved to the back of the room, not within 6 feet.
