If the public aren't allowed to monitor ballots under the guise of covid. How can anyone prove their wasn't fraud. Anyone who committed fraud will unlikely admit to it because it's a felony.
What's to stop some USPS post office from stamping Nov 3rd on Nov 4th or 5th mail in ballots.
