I've found the best way to get answers from Devs or just get them to agree with me is to insult them on multiple levels. Your insults are kind of just general insults. You really have to ramp up the personal attacks on them if you want any real information.
You're kind of at a deficit, so I would really have at it. Mama jokes, insults about immutable characteristics you can't actually see but you know they have, the full nine yards.
