Well, more like an incision was made and my gonads were carefully removed, yes, some years ago. It is really awesome. All that tissue just fades away and I wound up with a sensitive erogenous area that responds well to pressure. It is hard to explain the feeling of freedom in being able to compress that area as firmly as I like, but suffice to say it is wonderful.
