My wife's done a significant amount of faction questing on her iksar monk. The easiest way to raise Heretic faction without tanking Erudin factions is to just slaughter the Warrens. Most every other quest or mob for Heretic faction is also going to lower some kind of faction in Erudin (if that's of any concern to you).
