If you have a bard to use, can use faction song and plop down. Calm the room the Paladin sword PH is in, tag it with mez and run your butt to zone in. Keep it targeted and you'll see it eventually make its way there. (Albeit with a massive train so be careful of other players)
Have a snare class handy to /assist you for the PH target and snare it. Zone out before dying and you can return to the PH to dispatch as you please. The named can be snared as well if I recall.
