I could be totally wrong on things before, but...
Try constructive criticism in a one on one conversation setting, i assume you berated poor Kazzoz in group chat like you did to the monk we grouped with in seb yesterday about his positioning etc, not that you werent trying to help.Positioning is important! Just seemed to come off as controlling and "better than you".
