And now the climax.

When Trump's hand shakes or he takes a slip on a walkway it becomes national news. When he sneezes or slurs a word it's because he's on drugs and unable to discharge his duties. I want you to go ahead and take a break now and google "trump 25th amendment" and go catch up on the last four years of earnest theories and mad fantasizing about Trump somehow not being fit, from his physical health, to something wrong with his mind, or him being so corrupt and beholden.

But suddenly it's completely not important how fit a presidential candidate is. Video after video, speech after speech reveals a man who is not well. He doesn't know where he is, he doesn't know who he is running against, he loses his track all the time, c'mon, here's the deal, it's incredible to watch and listen to and still believe this man can be put in charge of anything. This man can't be trusted to leave the house on his own, to complete a grocery list, to have an unstructured conversation past 8pm.

But we should not talk about that. This should not be on the nightly news or the newspaper or the website, and certainly not on Facebook or Twitter. It's all very very unverified and sounds like a right-wing conspiracy.

Some think that Biden will be removed as soon as he enters office and replaced with Kamala Harris, who, wouldn't be elected under any circumstance.

Obama was right about Kamala Harris

President Obama prides himself on telling the truth. And when he reportedly said that California Attorney General Kamala Harris is “by far, the best looking attorney general,” he spoke the God’s honest truth. But that wasn’t the only thing he said about the talented attorney with a national future. In fact, it was the last part of what he said.

“She’s brilliant and she’s dedicated, she’s tough,” Obama said at a fundraiser this morning in Atherton, Calif. “She also happens to be, by far, the best looking attorney general.” The president’s compliment was greeted with laughter as he added, “It’s true! C’mon.” Yep, all true.

What’s also true is that Obama and Harris are longtime friends. She was a featured speaker at the Democratic Convention in Charlotte. And Harris was a guest at the state dinner for British Prime Minister David Cameron. (Full disclosure: We were at the same table that night.)

Judging by some of the comments I’ve seen on Twitter you’d swear the president was guilty of luridly cat-calling a woman he doesn’t know. If I thought for one moment that’s what was going on, you better believe I’d hammer him for it. But that’s not the case here. Far from it. So lighten up, people.

Obama goes full throttle for Biden

“I’d say he will highlight the historic stakes of this election, emphasize the urgency of voting early, discuss the importance of down-ballot races, and explain why he believes Vice President Biden and Sen. Harris are best positioned to lead our country at this particular moment,” said Eric Schultz, a senior adviser to Obama.

*The President who helped create "Trump"
*The Vice President who is not well and might possibly be removed from office.
*A lady who got sat aside in the debates but shows up later as the Vice Presidential candidate. Also knows Obama.
