FYI, Sky is about 60% done. All the events & quests are scripted and Sirran is working. I'm sure some bugs are going to pop out with his operation however. I still need to adjust spawn times and loot drops.
In the absolute classic sense, the Spiroc Lord should be the classic cap on the zone as only 1 guild managed to kill him on live Pre-Kunark. So, there will probably be several resist/AC changes along the way.
