Newsgroups have more on this. All the orcs hail text should spell it like "Emporer" too until it is fixed. Presumably they fixed it all at the same time:

Has anybody noticed that it is empOREr cruch and not empEROr crush. The
stupid orcs hail empOREr crush to. I turned that in as a bug.
