No sweat man. One thing to note, it is better to over-cook chicken to under-cook it (as we all know). No pink in the middle and a little blackening and crunchiness on the outside is a good thing. It is best server with french fries (blanched), and grilled texas toast. Set aside some of that honey mustard for dipping.
