When I got my first one I asked someone next to me if should I get the like $200 one or the regular $60 one, and she said "I got the 200 dollar one after having the regular one and all it does different is send me notifications on my phone about when I need to brush me teeth."
So get the regular one! And yea, when it runs out of batteries and I brush my teeth with a regular toothbrush I feel like its tantamount to running my finger with some toothpaste on it on em.
