Giving Graktak Bluehammer the Large Note does not result the required result - Gratkatk's Signet Ring. Since Graktak is always indifferent, this isn't due to lack of faction. I'm amiable to Vkjor and did receive the Large Note. Graktak simply ate it.
Giving him the Signet Ring doesn't result anything as well.
