Mike Pence has wanted to be the President of the United States since he was a little boy. He believes that to be his god given destiny.

When Trump won the Republican nomination in 2016 the horrified GOP elders came to Pence with a plan. Get on the ticket with Trump. He's obviously going to lose but in 2020 you'll step up as the nominee with both traditional GOP and MAGA support.

Karen Pence warned him not to get in bed with Trump but he didn't listen.

On election night 2016 Karen Pence wept.

Mother wept because she knew then what Mike must know now, that he'll never be the President of the United States.

This is as far as his destiny goes... a footnote in history to a corrupt buffoon.
