Can likely move the medium tier up a level at the beginning due to lack of hate/fear revamps. Unsure how that will affect mag staff availability also. Otherwise, that post is how it is on blue.
The harsh reality is that getting an epic in green's meta will be insanely difficult for everyone who isn't a rogue or cleric, and for clerics will still require some waiting and window socking though it will be more readily attainable than for other classes.
