Most people go off instincts and actions rather than what’s being said.
With that, Trump comes off aggressive and able to go the rounds in a negotiation. Biden on the other hand looked like he just pushed the panic button on his nursing home bed for the 4th time and is worried he won’t make it to the toilet in time.
