I have no idea how the cap was on live, but here i took my brother and his lvl 20 barbarian warrior to freeport (i was on a 50 necro). I dropped the guard while fd and the barb took the kill on a level 45 guard. I think he got exacy 4 blues.
But it wan extremely un efficent.
