Them showing up in full battle rattle to antagonize or showing up to standard calls hopped up on propaganda videos of mentally ill people murdering them could be negated by allowing unbiased statistical analysis.
IE; if they show up in a gang infested neighborhood for a domestic disturbance in battle rattle and on edge nobody is surprised, if they show up in my peaceful neighborhood in the same fashion it is simply negligent.

They are literally trained to fear the population and it is a tactic the authorities use to cause division between authority =/= civilian for them to more easily claim moral high ground. Well no, it is true. I may have been slightly hyperbolic with my phraseology. I don't think you and I are even disagreeing really. Again, bad police shoots are insanely, insanely uncommon period. Measures to reduce the already-tiny number of them I support, provided those measures don't make the job more dangerous than it already is. Maybe then we can address the other 99.9% of people getting killed by other people.
