I believe that each RnF poster's funniness should be evaluated annualy. This evaluation will be somewhat subjective, but a focus on measurable statistics will keep it fair. Posters who perform well on their evaluation will be recognized in superlatives such as this post. Those who do not perform well will be sent to a remedial humor class. After the class, the poster's funniness will be evaluated again. If it does not appear that sufficient progress is being made, the poster will be asked to discontinue their forum activities. This is the only way to ensure that readers of RnF receive quality entertainment.
