For 2nd server, encourage pop properly:
1. Double up that exp and remove the racist exp slowing (yep, double from red's - it's currently still not enough; people coming from blue wouldn't be wanting to experience grindquest again or they'd stay on green - they're here for the pvp).
2. /boost to insta level to 10 if <10. Because the first few levels on a pvp server are hellish and unfun and this is about pvp.
3. Remain coin loot only. For gods sake. That exp death on launch killed Red right off the bat. As if inexperienced pvpers would find this fun at all. I mean, who was allowed to call that rule that's likely never experienced a pvp server before? O__O respect to staff, but not for this ;p
4. Remain +4/-4 levels. If teams, not that +8/-8 shit. Anyone 8 levels higher will kick your ass no matter what teams you have.
