Wolf Whiskers are kinda rare. But i normally got 4 in a couple of sessions of killing. As far as I know GD in the EW zoneline area is the only pace to hunt them.
Just to share my horror story I failed this combine 6 times, and pushed my tailoring up to 175(ish) for the last couple of attempts.
Even so, it was probably easier than getting to 208 on Velious combines!
