If we're talking what it takes to "beat" the game (we'll define this as kill the raid bosses), then yes, sure. But what I'm talking about is individual skill.

I would go so far as to say that in my day of stomping the lands of norrath, I was THE best paladin (luckily Karsten had quit at this time so I can make this claim~). I understood the mechanics, abilities, and potential roles of my class and was a motherfucker not to be matched.

If you bring people of this skill together, you can do more with less people. But I've reverted to a fantasy world which no longer exists! I sad now.
One thing that I've noticed since playing here, is that everyone who played Old School Live always says they were the best when they played Old School Live. Just an observation. It's cool. I was so bad ass that Sony asked me to solo the Sleeper for beta testing.

"People of this skill" If you mean people who pay better attention, can follow orders, and can mash a 1-2-3-4 more efficiently, then sure. That is really all it is in raid settings.
